Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) STP
GSPEL specializes
in the latest technology available in Sewage Treatment. Moving Bed Biological Reactor (MBBR) has high quality outlet water with lesser reaction time in process reaction. The MBBR Bio Film Technology is based on specially designed bio carriers in continuous movement within the reactor tank. An aeration grid located at the bottom of tank supplies oxygen to bio film and help bio carriers to remain suspended and completely mixed within the reactor. The technology is rugged and simple to operate and the units can be pre-assembled for rapid on-site installation.

Packaged/pre-fabricated STP
GESPL specilises in offering skid mounted/containterised prefabricated STP for quick installtion. These are available in the sizes from 5KLPD to 25KLPD. For sizes above 25KLPD, the entire plant will be prefabricated with ready to install condition at site. With a smaller foot print area the treated water can be used for other applications as well.

Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
GESPL principle of operation of ETP is Physico-Chemical treatment followed by Polishing Treatments like –Sand Filtration, Activated Carbon treatment (Adsorption), Ozonisation (Chemical Oxidation), Ultra Filtration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO) and evaporation (If required).

Reverse Osmosis (RO) and UF Treatment
GESPL design and manufactures the Reverse Osmosis plant according to the need of the tap water and brackish water with a production range starting from 100 LPH to 100 m3 per hour. For TDS ranging from 400 to 45000. GESPL’s RO plant is designed as a chemical free plant.
Oil & Grease Removal System
The skimming mechanism, if required by the client or required for
particular applications, can be provided by us. Generally, this
mechanism is required to remove floating debris, solids, which
floats on effluent surface. Neoprene Rubber wipers are
generally provided. The scum scraper collects the scum and drops it
in scum box, which is connected to withdrawal piping. A scum
skimming arm, supported on one of the scrapper arm, is provided
for removal of floating debris, solids. The collected scum is pushed
by a level-Ioaded or spring loaded scraper into a scum box. Through
this scum box the scum drains off the paddle and pipe.
DM Plant
GESPL’s Demineralization or Deionization processes helps to remove mineral salts from water using ion exchange processes. GESPL guarantees the conductivity less than 20 ? S / cm at 25 Deg. C and total dissolved solids less than 10 ppm with their demineralization treatment. GESPL’s mixed bed Deionizers can also be used to produce high purity treated water.
Flue Gas Conditioning (Scrbbers, Bag filters)
System wet scrubbers utilizes a variety of techniques to achieve high efficiency contaminant removal. Our strength lies in our ability to integrate these products into a solution tailored to meet the most exacting requirements.
Venturi scrubbing is a most effective technique for the removal of particulates from a gas stream, even down to sub-micron size. Scrubbing liquor and gas stream are brought together in turbulent contact within the venturi throat and the particulates are forced into the atomised liquor.
Venturi scrubbing may be adequate to handle some more reactive contaminants but to reduce fumes to acceptable levels it may be necessary to effect further treatment using a packed tower scrubber. Combination units incorporating both types of scrubber using a common sump are most practical in some circumstances.
Venturi scrubbing is typically a cost effective and efficient approach to removing particulates.
Iron and Manganese Removal
GESPL’s Iron filters are based on the oxidization technology. The oxydizers oxidizes (turn to rust) the dissolved ferrous iron in water to an insoluble particle and trap the iron (now "rust") in the iron filter media.
